About Magnus Group

Magnus Group convenes global scientific exchange across the life sciences, medicine, engineering, and the physical sciences. CIOC 2027 is one of a portfolio of peer-reviewed conferences the group runs each year, connecting researchers, clinicians, and educators worldwide.

Our mission

To accelerate the exchange of research and clinical practice by bringing the global scientific community together — in person and online — around rigorous, peer-reviewed programmes that stay accessible to early-career and established researchers alike.

What we do

• Organize 50+ international scientific conferences annually across life sciences, medicine, engineering, and physical sciences.
• Maintain a peer-reviewed proceedings and open-access abstract archive.
• Run a global student ambassador program with travel grants and poster awards.
• Partner with universities, learned societies, and industry to broaden access to scientific exchange.

Scientific scope

Within that portfolio, the oncology and cancer-sciences track that CIOC 2027 belongs to focuses on cancer biology, immuno-oncology, translational and clinical research, and advances in diagnosis and treatment — the life-sciences and medicine end of the group’s remit, where clinicians and researchers meet.
